Proprietary SaaS product

TooBloom is our own product, and we use it every week.

TooBloom was created by Metis to solve a real problem: website data is often scattered across GA4, Search Console, GTM, keyword exports and manual reports.

The product shows how we connect product thinking, UX, dashboard design, tracking, SEO/AEO/GEO knowledge and technical architecture into one measurable system.

The problem

Website data is usually fragmented

Every month, website decisions often require jumping between analytics dashboards, Search Console exports, GTM events, keyword lists, page reports and manual notes. Each source tells part of the story, but the decision requires context.

TooBloom was created to make that recurring work more structured, readable and useful.

What TooBloom demonstrates

A product lens on SEO, tracking and dashboards

The interface is the visible part. Most of the value sits in the decisions behind it.

01

Product thinking

Turning a recurring operational problem into a structured SaaS product.

02

UX and dashboard design

Organising data, states, filters and priorities so people can understand what matters.

03

GA4, GTM and Search Console

Working with the tools that shape website measurement and organic visibility.

04

SEO, AEO and GEO

Reading queries, content signals, answerability and page-level opportunities together.

05

Technical architecture

Designing a system that can evolve as data sources, reports and product requirements change.

06

Value communication

Explaining a data product in a way that is clear to clients, agencies and teams.

Evidence, not promises

What one live report actually verifies

Figures from a real TooBloom report generated on this website in October 2026.

01

3 data sources, one reading

GA4, Search Console and a live server-side HTTP/HTML audit connected in the same report, with PageSpeed/Lighthouse performance checks.

02

23 structured-data schemas parsed, 0 errors

JSON-LD parsed directly from the production HTML: Organization, Service, FAQPage, Product and more, with parse errors reported explicitly.

03

N.D. stays N.D.

When a metric cannot be certified, TooBloom prints N.D. instead of inventing a reassuring score. Low traffic is reported as low traffic.

04

12 sections, one priority list

Every report ends with a prioritised action plan: owner, effort, KPI, baseline and a closure test for each action.

How it informs client work

TooBloom shapes how Metis builds measurable websites and systems

A website is not finished at launch if no one can understand what happens next.

The same thinking behind TooBloom is used in conversion-focused websites, GA4/GTM setups, dashboards and agency partnerships: define the decision, structure the data, design the interface and keep the system readable.

FAQ

Questions about TooBloom

Is TooBloom a client project?

No. TooBloom is a proprietary SaaS product created by Metis, which makes it possible to discuss product decisions publicly.

Why is TooBloom relevant to website projects?

Because it shows how Metis thinks about measurement after launch: data sources, SEO signals, tracking events and decision-making.

Can the same approach be used for client dashboards?

Yes. The same product thinking can support scoped dashboards, reporting tools and internal systems.
